Custom Consultations 

Our customized Staging Consultations are a great, affordable way to prepare your home for sale. Plan on a complete top to bottom walk thru of all outdoor and indoor areas including garages, closets and cabinets. You will receive a written and prioritized report with photos that detail room by room recommendations and considers your budget.  This service is an absolute must for anyone preparing to place a property on the market and also a great tool for Realtors to offer clients.

Your consultation will provide an objective "Buyers Eye" that is so crucial when marketing a home.  We consider everything from overall appearance to the target market and comparable sales in your neighborhood.

Consultation and Staging Plan fees are always credited towards a full Staging.  Fees for our consultation service are based on the size of each property and start at $150 with our Do It Yourself on line service. 

**Full service Staging fees are based on many variables which are determined by a visit and consultation.  For this reason we do not provide over the phone estimates for our full service Staging.

Color Consultation

Can't decide what color to choose? We consult and assist in color selection for both interior and exterior. Do you have rooms you do not want to paint? We can decorate around crazy paint schemes.

DeClutter and Organization   Removing clutter and personal items can be a difficult thing, let us help!
